Bo Hickman and Quillian Reeves founded Swan, Inc. in 1998. Bo is a native of Atlanta who attended the Westminster Schools and received a degree in finance from the University of Virginia. He has been building and developing in Atlanta since 1985. Quillian is also a native of Atlanta and a Westminster graduate. He received a BA degree from the University of North Carolina and a MBA from Georgia State University before entering real estate finance and management.
